Youth Connect Programmes Held at NIT Hamirpur, Government College Dhaneta and ITI Rail
Hamirpur: Youth Connect programmes were organised by My Bharat Hamirpur at NIT Hamirpur, Government College Dhaneta and ITI Rail to engage young people in nation-building, youth leadership and social responsibility.
During the programmes, students were briefed about various My Bharat activities and the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) Quiz 2026 and encouraged to participate actively.
District Youth Officer, My Bharat Hamirpur, Deepmala administered a pledge to the youth to stay away from substance abuse and contribute towards building a drug-free society. She also urged them to adopt a healthy lifestyle and engage in education, sports and other constructive activities.
Youth Icons Asmit and Priyanka also sensitised students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and encouraged them to focus on education, sports, skill development and social activities.
A large number of students participated enthusiastically in the programmes and the VBYLD Quiz 2026. They were also apprised of the role of youth leadership, expression of ideas and active youth participation in nation-building through the VBYLD initiative.
My Bharat Hamirpur appealed to more youth to participate in the VBYLD Quiz 2026 and join the My Bharat portal to actively engage in various youth-oriented activities.
