LR Polytechnic Celebrates Engineers’ Day, Welcomes New Students
Solan, September 16: The Polytechnic Department of LR Group of Institutes celebrated Engineers’ Day with a special programme that also marked the welcome of new students. The event featured cultural and talent activities, with students showcasing their skills.
Rajnish was named Mr Polytechnic, Vanshika Ms Polytechnic, Aditya Pal Mr Personality, Shabnam Ms Personality, Aniket Mr Talent and Nidhi Ms Talent. Tarisha and Harsh were adjudged All-Rounders.
Institute Director Dr Sachi Singh, who attended as chief guest, encouraged the students and wished them success. Director Academics Dr P.P. Sharma highlighted the importance of engineering in modern society, while LR Polytechnic Principal Dr Kanchan Wala Jaswal motivated students to pursue excellence and achieve new milestones.
Dr Avneet Gupta, Dr Shweta Gupta and Administration Officer Surat Singh were also present. Faculty members guided the students and contributed to the successful celebration.
