BJP Chief Spokesperson Rakesh Jamwal stated that the central government has always provided full support to Himachal Pradesh. He criticized some Congress leaders for spreading misinformation about the Centre’s assistance during an Assembly Committee visit.

Jamwal highlighted that the Centre is actively supporting natural farming in Himachal. The state government has submitted a ₹161 crore proposal under the National Mission, with 90% funding from the Centre and 10% from the state. He also mentioned that Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY will benefit around 6 crore people nationwide, including 4.5 crore families with elderly members aged 70 and above.

Under PMGSY Phase IV, villages with 100 to 250 people in tribal areas and 250 people in other areas will be connected by roads. Over ₹3,500 crore has been allocated to Himachal for the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) in the past year.

Additionally, the Centre has provided funds for various schemes, including:
– NHM: ₹196.32 crore
– Mission Shakti: ₹15 crore
– Judiciary: ₹13.62 crore
– PM Poshan Shakti Nirman: ₹19.93 crore
– Rural Development (NRLM): ₹25.62 crore

Jamwal reaffirmed that PM Modi’s government is committed to Himachal’s development, ensuring funds for crucial projects.
