Consumer Commission Mandi Issues Notice for Record Disposal of 2016–17 Cases
1 min readKullu, April 29: The District Consumer Commission Mandi has issued a public notice regarding the disposal of records related to cases, execution petitions, and miscellaneous applications decided between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2017. The notice is applicable to stakeholders and the general public in Mandi, Kullu, and Lahaul-Spiti districts.
As per the notification, individuals or concerned parties requiring original or certified copies of records from the specified period must submit a formal application within 30 days of the notice. The documents will be provided upon payment of the prescribed fee.
After the completion of the 30-day period, the records will be destroyed as per rules, and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
