PDP MLA Proposes Motion Against Article 370 Revocation in J&K Assembly Amidst Chaos
In a significant move during the first session of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly in six years, PDP MLA Waheed Para presented a motion opposing the abrogation of Article 370. The proposal sparked a commotion as BJP legislators protested vocally in the assembly. Speaker Rahim Rathar stated that he did not accept the motion. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah remarked, “This proposal holds no significance… it is merely for the cameras.”
