THDC India Limited Ushers in New Era on 75th Republic Day: Launches E-learning Management System

On the auspicious occasion of the 75th Republic Day, THDC India Limited (THDCIL) marked a historic milestone by introducing transformative initiatives, including the unveiling of its Revised Vision, Mission, and Values, and the launch of a cutting-edge E-learning Management System at the Corporate Office in Rishikesh.

During the unveiling ceremony, Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director of THDC India Limited, emphasized the significance of the new corporate ideals, noting that they reflect THDCIL’s commitment to contemporary principles and lay a robust foundation for the company’s future endeavors. Sh. Vishnoi underscored the pivotal role of these principles in guiding the company’s progress and prosperity.

As a tangible expression of THDCIL’s commitment to its Vision, Mission, and Core Values, Sh. Vishnoi laid the foundation for the Karm Mulya Park at the Corporate Office in Rishikesh. This park serves as a symbolic embodiment of the company’s dedication to its guiding principles.

Simultaneously, on this momentous occasion, a state-of-the-art Learning Management System, E-Gyan Sanchay, was inaugurated. Sh. Vishnoi highlighted that E-Gyan Sanchay symbolizes THDCIL’s commitment to empowering its workforce with comprehensive knowledge and skills essential for leadership in the dynamic realm of Power Generation and beyond. Through E-Gyan Sanchay, THDCIL aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence, ensuring its workforce remains adept and well-prepared for the ever-changing dynamics of the energy landscape.

Highlighting THDC’s core competency in harnessing energy across diverse verticals such as Hydro, Wind, Thermal, Solar, and PSP, THDCIL continues to establish new benchmarks through its unique state-of-the-art technologies. As one of the premier power generators in the country, THDCIL boasts an installed capacity of 1587 MW, including the commissioning of Tehri Dam & HPP (1000MW), Koteshwar HEP (400MW) in Uttarakhand, Wind Power Projects of 50MW at Patan & 63MW at Dwarka in Gujarat, 24MW Dhukwan Small Hydro Project, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, and the 50 MW Solar Power Project at Kasaragod, Kerala.
