Kullu : Driving Tests and Vehicle Passing in Kullu Postponed

Kullu, May 21: The Regional Transport Office (RTO) Kullu has postponed vehicle passing services and driving tests in the district in view of the upcoming Panchayati Raj elections.

According to an official order issued by the Regional Transport Office, the decision has been taken due to administrative arrangements and deployment requirements related to the elections scheduled on May 26, 28 and 30, 2026.

Regional Transport Officer Akanksha Sharma informed that the driving test schedule across Kullu district has been deferred until next month to ensure smooth conduct of election duties and related administrative work.

Officials said fresh schedules for driving tests and vehicle passing will be announced separately by the department.
