HPTDC Engages PSUs for Strategic Tourism Collaboration

New Delhi, May 19, 2025 – The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) convened a high-level meeting at Himachal Bhawan, New Delhi, bringing together senior officials from major Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to foster tourism partnerships. The objective was to showcase HPTDC’s extensive network of hospitality services, including premium hotels, affordable accommodations, and adventure tourism options, and to explore collaborative opportunities for PSU employees.

Notable attendees included top executives from HPCL, DMRC, ONGC, GAIL, SAIL, CONCOR, IREDA, IOCL, and Senior Advocate Mr. KK Sultan Singh. The HPTDC team, led by Managing Director Dr. Rajiv Kumar and General Manager Mr. Anil Taneja, shared a detailed presentation on the Corporation’s offerings across Himachal Pradesh.

PSU representatives showed strong interest in forming Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with HPTDC to access exclusive benefits, discounts, and hospitality packages for their workforce. These prospective partnerships aim to boost corporate tourism and provide economical travel experiences for PSU personnel.

The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to accelerate MoU discussions, underlining HPTDC’s proactive approach in enhancing tourism through corporate alliances.
