Hamirpur Ayurvedic Hospital RKS Approves ₹38.17 Lakh for Patient Services, Infrastructure

Hamirpur, August 4: The Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of the District Ayurvedic Hospital has approved expenditure of ₹38.17 lakh for patient services, sanitation, infrastructure development and maintenance during the 2026–27 financial year. The decision was taken at the governing body meeting chaired by ADC Abhishek Garg.
The committee also approved new service charges and revisions to some existing fees. The hospital expects to generate around ₹26.17 lakh this year through service charges, pharmacy rent and parking fees, with total available funds estimated at ₹1.07 crore, including the previous balance.
The meeting also announced a Panchakarma Technician training programme for 16 youth at the hospital under a state initiative, with 50% seats reserved for women.
