Blood Donation is the Finest Tribute to Public Service: HPTDC MD

Shimla, July 27: On the eve of the birth anniversary of former Himachal Pradesh Minister Late G.S. Bali, Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC), Rajiv Kumar, donated blood as a tribute to the late leader’s legacy of public service and compassion.

He said the gesture was aimed at encouraging staff, colleagues and the community to embrace voluntary blood donation, emphasizing that every unit of blood has the potential to save lives and offer hope to patients in need.

Calling blood donation one of the noblest forms of service, Rajiv Kumar urged all medically eligible citizens to donate blood regularly and carry forward the spirit of selfless service.

“Donate Blood. Save Lives. Serve Humanity,” he appealed.
