Le Fiestus 2025 at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Solan, commenced with a vibrant display of culture, creativity, and enthusiasm, marking a spectacular start to the university’s annual cultural fest. The day began with a soulful Pooja Vandana dedicated to Maa Saraswati at 9:30 AM, setting a serene and auspicious tone for the celebrations.
The campus brimmed with excitement as a variety of activities like Faculty Antakshari, JUIT’s Got Latent, Burnout, and Shooting witnessed spirited participation from students and faculty members alike. Each event reflected the diverse talents and lively spirit that define JUIT’s cultural ethos.
A special highlight of the day was the felicitation ceremony at the JUIT Auditorium, honoring the first JYC committee members and dedicated faculty coordinators. Esteemed dignitaries, including Registrar Mr. R.K. Sharma, Dean of Academics Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Dean of R&D Dr. Sudhir Kumar, and JYC Faculty Coordinator Dr. Naveen Jaglan, presented mementos and certificates, appreciating their pivotal contributions in nurturing the university’s vibrant cultural landscape.
The evening soared higher with an exhilarating cultural showcase, judged by renowned artist Keshav Sadhna. Noor’s graceful classical dance performance mesmerized the audience, followed by dazzling ramp walks and a powerhouse act by the DNR Dance Group. Prelude Artist Anshika Pandey added a melodic touch with her soulful singing, and the night culminated in an electrifying DJ set by DJ Tracer, who kept the energy soaring.
