HPNLU Shimla Clinches Top Honours at the 1st Vidhi Vaarta Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2025

HPNLU, Shimla, under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice-Chancellor, is pleased to announce that its student team has emerged as the Winners of the 1st Vidhi Vaarta Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2025. The team comprising Mr. Mohit Gahlot, Ms. Nikita Meena, and Ms. Vanshika Sharma secured the top position, with Mr. Mohit Gahlot further distinguished by winning the prestigious “Best Mooter” award for his outstanding advocacy skills.
The competition was organised by Vidhi Vaarta in collaboration with the Bar Association, Dehradun and the Justice Tandon Arbitration & Conciliation Centre, and was sponsored by RV University, Bangalore, and Saxena & Kumar Law Chambers LLP, Delhi NCR. Conducted in hybrid mode from 8th to 15th November 2025, the event concluded with its physical rounds held on 15th November 2025 in Dehradun.
