Director of the Army Recruitment Office, Colonel B.S. Bhandari, urged eligible candidates to bring all necessary documents. Admit cards have been issued on the *Join Indian Army* web portal, and candidates must bring a high-quality color print of their admit card to ensure smooth code scanning.
Colonel Bhandari emphasized that candidates should carefully read all instructions provided on the website and bring original copies of the required documents, including:
– Aadhar Card
– Academic qualification certificates
– Himachali Bonafide Certificate
– Dogra Community and Caste Certificate
– Religion Certificate
– Minority Certificate
– School Character Certificate
– Photo Character Certificate issued by the village sarpanch
– Unmarried Certificate
– Documents for children of serving or retired soldiers
– NCC and sports certificates
– Affidavit as per the specified format on the website
– Bank account details, PAN card, police character certificate, residence proof, and 20 passport-size photos
Candidates from open schools must present a school leaving certificate issued by their last attended institution, signed by the head of the institution and countersigned by the Block Education Officer or a competent district-level education officer.
Colonel Bhandari clarified that original or photocopied documents will only be accepted on the specified rally dates. No documents will be entertained after the given date.
