Minor Raped In Shimla

Shimla Dec 17 : A case of raping a minor girl and making her pregnant has come to light in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and started investigation.
According to the information received from the police, the victim’s mother has filed a complaint of rape in the police station Sadar. In the complaint given to the police, the complainant said that on Monday his daughter suddenly felt severe pain in her stomach. After which he took him to Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) for treatment. Where the doctors said that she was pregnant. After the doctors told them that their daughter was pregnant, the family lost their footing. After which he asked the girl about this matter, in which the girl told that a young man named Mohit had physical relations with her without her consent in his friend’s house along the Ridge in Shimla. But due to fear she could not tell anyone about it. He told the family that the young man was a resident of Narkanda, Shimla.
On the other hand, on the complaint of the victim’s mother, the police have registered a case under POCSO Act in Police Station Sadar and started investigation
