Meet and greet at Shoolini University

Shoolini University organised ‘meet-n-greet’, an offline event on Friday evening for the new batch of students while following all the required Covid norms.
The event began with a formal introduction by Dr. Prerna Bhardwaj, assistant professor, department of basic sciences and Mr. Ankush Kanwar, student-cum-teaching assistant NCC, FMSLA. It was followed by lamp lightning.
The audience, comprising thr old and new students in the campus, were awestruck listening to mesmerizing singing performance by guest performers Deepak and Shivam.
A collaborated Himachali Nati was performed by the members of Himshobla and Saksham dance club which left the students enthralled.
Shahbaz, a member of Ragrang club, gave a solo singing performance followed by a Bollywood dance performance by Nitika. While Karishma and Amit gave their solo singing performance, a hip-hop lyrical and dance chair was performed by Rishab and Tushar/
The Open-Air Theatre was filled with joy and energy when Dr. Prachi Kapil, Dr. Nitika Thakur and Dr. Pankaj gave their bhangra performance followed by the enthralling nati performance by Dr. Swati Thakur, Dr. Raveen Chauhan, Mr. Kamlesh, Mr. Vivek Pawar and Dr. Arun Prashar.

The event came to an end with the concluding remarks and vote of thanks by Mr. Ankush Kanwar. The event was organised under the mentorship of Mrs. Poonam Nanda, dean of students’ welfare and Dr. Prerna Bhardwaj with the help of various shoolini clubs.
