At the World Book Fair in Delhi, writer S.R. Harnot’s two books were launched in separate events.
The first book, “S.R. Harnot Ki Chhah Kahaniyan,” was released at Vani Prakashan Sahitya Ghar in the presence of Arun Maheshwari, Aditi Maheshwari Goyal, Prof. Suraj Paliwal, Hariyash Rai, and Vandana Yadav. The book follows his earlier works “Keelen” and “Nadi Rang Jaisi Ladki,” both of which received positive reader response. Last year, these books were also showcased at the London Book Fair.
The book features six long stories: “Death Live, Mrityu Gandh, Ladki Gusse Mein Hai, Dev Khel, Ek Nadi Tadapti Hai,” and “Fly Killer (Revised).”
The second book, “Harnot Ki Pratinidhi Kahaniyan,” published by Aadhar Prakashan, was selected and edited by Dr. Vinod Shahi, who also contributed an introduction. Its launch and discussion took place at the Aadhar Prakashan stall.
Harnot engaged with readers and research scholars at the book fair. He also participated as a keynote speaker at an event in JNU and attended a discussion on his book “Keelen,” organized by Mansi Sanstha in Delhi.
