Trials for Athletes Conducted at National Center of Excellence in Hamirpur

Hamirpur, April 3: Trials for talented athletes in athletics, badminton, boxing, hockey, judo, and wrestling will be conducted at the National Center of Excellence near the district headquarters on April 8-9.

Assistant Director of the National Center of Excellence, Manoj Awasthi, mentioned that male and female athletes up to the age of 21 can participate in these trials. Athletes are required to report to the synthetic track ground at Anu at 8 a.m. on April 8. They must bring their birth certificate, Aadhaar card, documents of achievements in sports, academic certificates, self-attested copies, and four passport size photographs. Selected athletes will receive non-residential training, meaning they will not be provided with hostel facilities.
