Solan DM Declares Government College Road No-Parking Zone

Solan, September 26: District Magistrate Solan Manmohan Sharma has issued an order declaring the entire Government College Solan road, from the lower gate on Rajgarh Road to the upper gate of the college, a no-parking zone in the interest of traffic management and public safety.

The order, issued under the powers vested in the District Magistrate under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, also covers the area around the Principal’s residence on the college premises.

The no-parking restriction has come into force with immediate effect. The order aims to ensure smooth traffic movement and maintain public safety in the area.
