LR Engineering Students Showcase Innovative Projects
Solan: A project exhibition and poster presentation was organised at LR Group of Institutes, Engineering and Technology, Solan, showcasing innovative ideas and technical projects by students from various departments.
Students from Electrical, Civil, CSE and CSE (AI and ML) departments participated enthusiastically and presented working models, innovative projects and posters on diverse technical subjects.
The chief guest, T. P. S. Jassal, an IIT Delhi graduate in Electrical Engineering with over 47 years of professional experience, reviewed the projects and interacted with the students. He is currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at a technology company based in Hong Kong and working from Shenzhen.
Engineer Shubham Agrawal, Assistant Engineer, Public Works Department, was present as the special guest. Both guests appreciated the students’ creativity and offered suggestions aimed at further development of their projects and exploring startup opportunities.
Principals, heads of departments, faculty members and students visited the exhibition. Principal Prof. Dr P. P. Sharma and Managing Director Dr Shachi Singh also reviewed the projects and said such events help enhance students’ practical knowledge, creativity and confidence.
