Lalit Kala Akademi Organises Painting Workshop for Young Artists on 72nd Foundation Day

SHIMLA, Aug. 5: Marking its 72nd Foundation Day, the Regional Centre of Lalit Kala Akademi organised a painting workshop for students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jakhoo Hills at the Lalit Kala Gallery in the Gaiety Theatre Complex, Shimla.
A total of 45 art students enthusiastically participated in the workshop, showcasing their creativity and artistic skills through a variety of paintings.
The initiative aimed to encourage artistic expression among young learners while fostering greater appreciation of India’s rich artistic heritage. The workshop provided students with an interactive platform to explore their creativity under a professional art environment and celebrate the significance of visual arts.
