JUIT IEEE Team Earns Multiple Prestigious National Awards

Solan, July 2: The IEEE Student Branch of Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, brought laurels to the university by winning multiple prestigious awards at the IEEE Delhi Section Students, Young Professionals, Women in Engineering, and Life Members Congress (DSSYWC) 2025–26, held at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi.
Among the major recognitions, Anant Sharma received the Dr. J. K. Pal Memorial Award, while Dr. Shruti Jain was honoured with the Special Mention – Outstanding Branch Counsellor Award. The Outstanding Student Volunteer Award was presented to Harshit Goyal, Keshav Khandelwal, and Prakhar Kulshrestha, while Nandini Singh and Edaan Mehra received the Outstanding WIE Student Volunteer Award for their contributions to Women in Engineering initiatives.
The achievements reflect the IEEE JUIT Student Branch’s excellence in leadership, volunteerism, and technical engagement, further strengthening JUIT’s reputation for nurturing innovation, professional excellence, and future engineering leaders.
