JE Found Dead Under Suspicious Circumstances in Chamba’s Tissa

A wave of shock spread through the Tissa region of Chamba district, Himachal Pradesh, after the body of a Junior Engineer (JE) from the Jal Shakti Department was found under mysterious circumstances near Sharela Nala on the Chamba-Tissa main road. Locals spotted the body and immediately informed the police.
The deceased was identified as Naveen Kumar, posted as JE in the Jal Shakti Department, Tissa. Police reached the spot, took custody of the body, and sent it for postmortem. An investigation is underway to determine whether the death was accidental, a suicide, or a criminal act.
Chamba SP Abhishek Yadav confirmed the discovery and stated that all angles are being examined. Statements of family members have been recorded, and police are also questioning locals to gather information on Naveen Kumar’s last known interactions.
