Himachal Government Transfers 22 HPAS Officers in Major Administrative Reshuffle

The Himachal Pradesh Government on Friday issued transfer and posting orders for 22 Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) officers with immediate effect as part of a major administrative reshuffle.

Among the key appointments, Sachin Kanwal has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Shimla, while Bhupender Kumar has been appointed Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh General Industries Corporation Ltd. (HPGIC).

Gian Sagar Negi has been posted as Additional District Magistrate (Protocol), Shimla, while Jyoti Rana has been appointed Registrar, Himachal Pradesh University. Laiq Ram Verma has been posted as Managing Director, HIMFED, and Vikas Shukla as Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Hamirpur.

The reshuffle also includes appointments of several Sub-Divisional Officers (Civil), Joint Directors, Regional Transport Officers and other senior administrative positions across the state. The notification was issued by the Department of Personnel with immediate effect.
