BJP Will Flop Again in These Elections

Shimla, May 7: Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukkhu has remarked that the former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur’s government was a failure, and the BJP will face another failure in the upcoming elections. He asserted that Vikramaditya Singh will emerge victorious from the Mandi parliamentary constituency, and after losing the elections, their candidate will return to their filmy world. He stated that the BJP left no stone unturned in plundering the state during its tenure. Presently, every citizen of the state is burdened with a debt of one lakh thirty thousand rupees due to Jai Ram Thakur.

Addressing a public meeting in Ani, Kullu district, in support of Vikramaditya Singh, the Chief Minister said that the previous BJP government had wreaked havoc on the state’s economy. They inherited a debt of over 70 thousand crores and liabilities of over 10 thousand crores from the BJP. Despite this, the current government reinstated over one lakh thirty-six thousand employees and fulfilled the 1500 rupees grant for women.

Sukkhu accused the BJP of being anti-employee, claiming that the pension share of the state’s employees, amounting to nine thousand crores, is stuck with the central government, and the BJP is obstructing its release. He pointed out that in Rajasthan, with the change of government, the OPS initiated by the previous Congress government was discontinued. It is evident that the BJP is opposed to OPS.

He stated that these elections are to save democracy. He declared that the victory of the Congress is certain on all four Lok Sabha seats in the state. He said that Vikramaditya Singh must win by a significant margin from the Mandi parliamentary constituency. He emphasized that despite being the Minister of Rural Development in the state, his role in the development of the state will be crucial even after going to the center.

Prior to this, Vikramaditya Singh said that his priority is to make the Mandi parliamentary constituency an ideal one. He said that a tunnel will be constructed from Ani to Jalori Pass to develop tourism in the Ani area. He said that a polytechnic college will also be established in Dalash. He said that during the disaster in the state, 140 crores were spent on the maintenance and improvement of roads in the disaster management district.

Vikramaditya Singh accused the BJP candidate from the Mandi parliamentary constituency of making baseless remarks in his rallies and entertaining people. He said that she has no knowledge of the state or the Mandi parliamentary constituency. He said that she is completely bewildered by her defeat. He said that she came to Mandi for 40 days to spend the summer vacations and will return to Mumbai after June 4th.
