Forest Department Invites Applications from Retired Revenue Officials for Patwari Posts

Dharamshala | July 25, 2026: The Wildlife Wing (Northern Circle), Forest Department, has invited applications from eligible retired Revenue Department officials for two Patwari posts on a contractual basis with a monthly remuneration of **₹40,000**. Applicants must be retired Patwaris or higher-ranking revenue officials with at least five years of regular service, be below 65 years of age, and have no pending disciplinary or vigilance cases. Applications must reach the Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife), Dharamshala, by 5:00 PM on August 10, 2026. The selected candidates will be posted in the Wildlife Divisions of Chamba and Hamirpur.
