Final Result for Sociology Teacher Recruitment Declared, 107 Candidates Selected
Hamirpur, September 2: The Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) has declared the final result for the recruitment of 108 Sociology Teacher posts in the School Education Department on a fixed honorarium basis under Post Code-26029.
The final result was announced after scrutiny of documents of candidates who qualified the Computer-Based Examination.
HPRCA Secretary Dr. Vikram Mahajan said a total of 439 candidates had applied for the posts, of whom 374 appeared for the Computer-Based Examination. Following the examination, 225 candidates were shortlisted for document verification.
After the document verification conducted on August 24 and 25, a total of 107 candidates have been selected. One post reserved under the Scheduled Caste (Freedom Fighter Family) category remained vacant due to the non-availability of an eligible candidate.
Dr. Mahajan said the final result, including the names, roll numbers and marks of all candidates, has been uploaded on the commission’s official website, hprca.hp.gov.in.
