Establish Better Coordination Prevent Covid -19 Directs DC Shimla
1 min readShimla, Jan 7 – Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi instructed the health, Ayurveda, ASHA workers and Anganwadi workers to establish better coordination during a a meeting of the District Task Force of Immunization Campaign in the context of Covid -19 prevention in his office hall here today.
He discussed in details with the officials present and received information from health authorities on the arrangements made in difficult and inaccessible areas and gave necessary guidelines.
He said that to make the Covid-19 vaccination campaign a success, it is necessary to pay special attention to the cold chain process and selected people, so that the epidemic can be overcome and normal system can be established.
After this, he inquired about the various health programs in the 11 health blocks conducted under the Him Sureksha campaign in the district and held detailed discussions with the health officials and employees present and invited their suggestions.
Aditya Negi said that the present state government is committed to provide health facilities at the door step in rural areas and assured to fill the vacant posts soon. He called upon health officials to make the poor and neglected sections health conscious.
