Chief Minister releases the Book ‘Shakti Ki Rajneeti’

• CM says the book is useful for researchers

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today released the book ‘Shakti Ki Rajneeti (Power Politics)’ penned by international politics scholar Amar Kumar at Dharamshala.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the book presents new dimensions of power politics by revising Paul F. Kennedy’s theory of the linear decline of great powers. He added that the book offers a research-based analysis of global politics involving the United States, China, Russia, India, and other countries, which will be beneficial for researchers and students of the subject.
The Chief Minister appreciated the author’s efforts and wished him a bright future.
Author Amar Kumar has participated in the International Congress of the Global Political Council held in Seoul, South Korea, in 2025. He is an associate member of the International Political Council and a permanent member of the Indian Political Council, and continues to actively write on global politics. He has also served as a former General Secretary of NSUI.
