Campus Interview for 100 LIC Posts in Shimla on September 22

Shimla, September 19, 2026: The District Employment Office, Shimla, will organise a campus interview for 100 posts at the LIC of India, Sanjauli Branch, on September 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the District Employment Office, Shimla.

District Employment Officer Praveen Nagaraiak said that 50 regular posts of Women Career Agents (MCA) are available for female candidates who have passed Class 10 and are between 18 and 70 years of age. Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹7,000 in the first year, ₹6,000 in the second year and ₹5,000 in the third year, along with a 28 per cent incentive on premiums.

Similarly, 50 regular posts of Rural Career Agents (RCA) are available for Class 10 pass male and female candidates aged 18 to 35 years. The selected candidates will receive an honorarium of ₹5,000 per month in the first year and ₹4,000 in the second year, along with a 28 per cent incentive on premiums.

Candidates must be registered with the Employment Office. Those not yet registered can complete their registration online through eemis.hp.gov.in. Applicants must bring their resume and all required documents to the interview.

Candidates are required to carry their Aadhaar card, PAN card, Class 10 marksheet, certificate of highest educational qualification and one passport-size colour photograph.
