HIMCOSTE Funded ‘एड्ज़ुकीबीन का मूल्य संबर्धन’ booklet Release
The booklet entitled एड्ज़ुकीबीन का मूल्य संबर्धन is prepared by the department of Food Science Nutrition and Technology , CoCS , CSKHPKV Palampur under HIMCOSTE funded project for creating awareness regarding nutritional and medicinal properties of adzuki bean , different considerations for cultivation of adzuki bean and transfer of technology generated under the project for preparation of value added products of adzuki beans among the farm women . The information of the booklet is being utilised by the farm women / SHG’s for preparation of adzuki based value added products.
