Agniveer Army Recruitment Rally from September 26 to October 6
2 min readUna, August 10: The Indian Army will conduct an Agniveer recruitment rally under the Agnipath Scheme for eligible youth from Una, Bilaspur and Hamirpur districts from September 26 to October 6 in Hamirpur. The rally will be held at Anu Sports Ground and the Government Post Graduate College campus in Hamirpur.
Colonel Shridhar Rajan, Director, Army Recruiting Office, Hamirpur, said the admit cards of candidates who have successfully cleared the Online Common Entrance Examination have been uploaded on the official Indian Army recruitment website. Candidates have also been informed through email.
He advised candidates appearing for the recruitment rally to carry a high-quality colour printout of their admit card to avoid any difficulty during barcode scanning at the entry point. Candidates have also been advised to carefully read the recruitment rally notification available on the official website.
Colonel Rajan said candidates must bring all required original documents along with two self-attested photocopies of each document. These include the admit card, Aadhaar card, educational certificates, Open School certificate, Himachali Bonafide Certificate, Dogra certificate, character certificate, domicile certificate, police character certificate, PAN card, bank account details and passport-size photographs, among other documents.
Candidates claiming benefits under NCC, sports or ex-servicemen dependent categories must also produce the relevant certificates as prescribed under the recruitment rules.
He clarified that certificates related to bonus marks will be accepted only during the recruitment rally, and documents will not be accepted on any date other than the date specified for the candidate.
The Director, Army Recruiting Office, urged all eligible candidates to report on time with the required documents and make full use of the recruitment opportunity.
