50 cr being spent on 510 roads & bridges in scheduled caste sub-plan

Deputy Commissioner Rigveda Thakur said that Rs 50.08 crore is being spent on the construction of 510 connectivity roads and bridges under the Scheduled Castes Sub Plan 2020-21 in Mandi district. Out of these, the work of 70 connectivity roads has been completed.
At the same time, 80 percent of 40 connectivity roads and 70 percent of 235 connectivity routes have been completed. He was presiding over the meeting organized to review the construction work of roads and bridges under Scheduled Castes Sub Plan 2020-21.
Rigveda Thakur instructed the officials to complete the work soon for the commissioning of the connectivity roads with more than 80 per cent construction. He asked to complete the formalities related to pending work due to forest clearances and ground disputes of some roads and start work soon. Instructed that if for some reason the work does not start, then divert the unspent money to other work.
