1 killed, 2 hurt as scooty hits tipper in HP

Hamirpur , Nov 24 – One person was killed and two others were seriously injured when the scooty they were riding dashed against a tipper near Nadaun town on Wednesday night.
The trio was brought to Nadaun hospital and from there they were referred to Tanda Medical College hospital for treatment, where Ajay Kumar who was driving the scooty, was declared dead.
Two others were undergoing treatment, an official spokesman said.
Station House Officer, Nadaun Yog Raj said that a case of the accident had been registered against the tipper driver.
He said that all three were traveling without a helmet and that became the cause of their injuries.
