Saraswati Paradise International School, Sanjauli Placed Under Government Administration

Shimla, June 18: The administration of Saraswati Paradise International School, Sanjauli, has been brought under government control, with Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap appointing Additional District Magistrate (Protocol) Jyoti Rana as the administrator for an initial period of six months.
The decision has been taken under the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006, to ensure the smooth functioning of the school, safeguard the academic interests of students, and strengthen administrative management. The order also mandates the administrator to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the school and the Himachal Public School Educational Society, besides facilitating the formation of a new governing body in accordance with the society’s bylaws and applicable laws.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that academic activities, discipline, administrative work, and student welfare must not be affected under any circumstances. The administration assured that teaching and learning activities will continue uninterrupted and that the interests of students, teachers, and staff will remain the top priority.
A support committee comprising officials from the district administration, education department, cooperative societies department, finance and accounts wing, and revenue department has also been directed to assist the administrator as required.
