Shimla, May 01: Day 4 of the 23rd Maj. R.K. Von Goldstein All India Inter-School Cricket Tournament witnessed intense competition as Pool A matches concluded, paving the way for the knockout stage.

In the final Pool A fixtures, Yadavindra Public School, Patiala registered a convincing win over La Martiniere College, Lucknow, while Pinegrove School, Dharampur outplayed Vasant Valley School. Both YPS Patiala and Pinegrove School progressed to the semi-finals.

In another key encounter, The Lawrence School, Sanawar delivered a strong performance against Genesis Global School to secure a semi-final berth.

The semi-final line-up featured Bishop Cotton School, Shimla taking on YPS Patiala, while Pinegrove School faced Sanawar. In the first semi-final, Bishop Cotton School produced a dominant performance to defeat YPS Patiala and book their place in the final.
