Youth Rally Against Drugs at Arm Wrestling Tournament in Shimla: Karan Nanda

Shimla: BJP Media Coordinator Karan Nanda participated in the “Drug Free Himachal – Arm Wrestling Tournament” held at Kali Bari, Shimla, highlighting the role of sports in building a drug-free society.
Addressing the gathering, Nanda said that engaging youth in sports is the need of the hour to channel their energy in a positive direction and keep them away from substance abuse. He emphasized that activities like arm wrestling not only enhance physical strength but also build discipline, confidence, and a spirit of healthy competition.
“The youth of Himachal have immense potential. If they adopt fitness and discipline, social evils like drug abuse can be effectively curbed,” he said.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of young people, reflecting growing awareness and commitment towards a drug-free Himachal.
Nanda appreciated the efforts of the organisers and participants, urging youth to not only stay away from drugs but also spread awareness in their communities.
