Grand Celebration of Basant Utsav at Rashtrapati Niwas, Mashobra

Mashobra, March 2: A grand Basant Utsav was organized on March 2, 2026, at Rashtrapati Niwas, witnessing enthusiastic participation from people across different sections of society, including students, army personnel, doctors, and administrative officers.

Providing details, Manager of Rashtrapati Niwas, Sanju Dogra, said the event featured colorful cultural performances by school students that beautifully reflected Himachali heritage and traditions. Students and teachers from Maria Montessori School Kufri, Monal Public School Sanjauli, and ITI Mashobra attended the celebration in large numbers.

The highlight of the event was a captivating performance by star performer Neha Dixit, who mesmerized the audience with her energetic presentation. The programme was skillfully anchored by Pawan Dragta, who kept the audience engaged throughout.

Dogra stated that, as in previous years, this year’s Basant Utsav also emphasized Himachali culture along with patriotic spirit, delivering an inspiring message of unity, art, and national pride.

During the event, distinguished guests were honored with mementos in recognition of their presence and contribution.
