Chamba, February 23: Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repaswal chaired a review meeting on Forest Conservation Act (FCA) matters, directing officials to ensure time-bound disposal of pending cases to avoid delays in development works. The meeting focused on clearance progress for projects in Dalhousie and Bharmour subdivisions. He instructed forest officials to strengthen coordination, set clear targets, and resolve inter-departmental objections promptly to speed up approvals. Progress on directions issued in previous meetings was also reviewed in detail.
