Tenders Invited for Lease of Hut and Park Maintenance at Van Vihar Hiranagar

Application Hamirpur, June 20, 2025 — The Forest Department has invited sealed tenders for the lease and maintenance of the hut located within the Van Vihar premises at Hiranagar, Hamirpur. The lease will be valid for a period of one year. Interested parties can submit their bids by 11:00 AM on June 28, 2025.

As per the Office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, the tenders will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM. The minimum monthly rent for the hut has been fixed at ₹15,000. To participate, bidders must submit a security deposit of ₹5,000 along with the tender. The successful bidder must also deposit an FD of ₹50,000 with the Deputy Conservator on the same day.

The lessee will be responsible for paying electricity and water bills, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the children’s park and related infrastructure.
