Continuous heavy rainfall in the Una district of Himachal Pradesh has wreaked havoc. In the Chintpurni Vidhan Sabha area of Aloh, a car was hit by debris falling from the hills, causing the car to catch fire. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning at around 9:00 AM.
According to reports, Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Tanda Road village in Kapurthala district, was traveling in his car towards the Chintpurni and Baglamukhi temples. Meanwhile, there was a traffic jam on the road due to the falling trees caused by the heavy rain. Seeing this, the driver decided to turn his car around and head back home. However, a short distance away, a boulder suddenly fell on the car from the hillside. The driver quickly got out of the car and narrowly escaped a potentially fatal accident.
