Una: Tragic Accident Claims Life of Youth in Arniyal

Una, April 15: A heartbreaking incident has come to light in the Arniyala area of the district, where a 25-year-old youth lost his life after being hit by the Vande Bharat Express train.

According to information received, the incident occurred on Monday morning when the Vande Bharat Express was en route from New Delhi to Una. During this time, the youth was hit by the train as it reached Arniyala. The deceased has been identified as Arunish Atwal, son of Mangal Singh, a resident of Kotala Khurd in the Una district.

Railway police have initiated an investigation into the matter after taking custody of the body. Una Police Station in-charge Purushottam Singh stated that the body has been taken into custody, and further investigation into the case has commenced.

The tragic incident has left the local community in shock, and authorities are working to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the accident.
