Kullu, July 15 – The torrential rain washed away two houses and five cowshed in Goru Dug village of Lag valley, Kullu district administration confirmed on Saturday.
District Magistrate Kullu Mr. Ashutosh Garg said due to cloudburst in Goru Dug under Past Patwar circle of Lagvalley two houses and five cow sheds were washed away.
Hee said no loss of life was reported in this incident. The revenue team have left for the spot to assess the damage.
IMD Sound Yellow alert in the state Saturday. Heavy downpour in the Lag wally inflated water level od Sarabri rivlut and local people are being issued warning to stay away from the spated Khad or Nalaha.
