Traffic Plan for Lavi Fair 2023 Announced

In preparation for Lavi Fair 2023, the following traffic plan has been devised for the smooth flow of vehicles and to ensure the safety of attendees:

1. One-Way Traffic: The traffic flow will be organized as one-way to streamline movement efficiently.

2. Heavy Vehicle Diversion: Heavy vehicles will be diverted from Wazir Bawdi towards Jhakri via Brow for better traffic management.

3. No Parking Zone: Parking of vehicles is strictly prohibited from Wazir Bawdi to Khaneri to avoid congestion.

4. Bus Diversion: Buses will be diverted from the HRTC workshop route to facilitate the event’s logistics.

5. Traffic Diversion Route: Traffic diversion for specific vehicles will be implemented via Gaura road.

6. Auto Parking Restrictions in Rampur: No autos will be allowed to park in Rampur; instead, designated parking areas are assigned at Wazir Bawdi and Khaneri.

7. Time-Bound Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading activities are permitted only before 7 AM and after 10 PM to minimize disruptions during peak hours.

8. Vehicle Parking Designation: Vehicles are instructed to park in the ecological park area at Brow.

Enforcement Measures:
Heavy fines and vehicle seizure will be enforced in case of any violation of the prescribed traffic regulations. The cooperation of all participants and attendees is appreciated to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at Lavi Fair 2023.
