Three youths killed as motorcycle plunges into gorge near Bhled Power House

Shahpur, September 5: Three youths were killed after their motorcycle reportedly plunged into a gorge near Bhled Power House in the Shahpur Assembly constituency late Friday night. The victims, all residents of Jhuneina village in Darini panchayat, have been identified as Ashok Kumar, Prince and Pawan Kumar.
The accident has left the local community in shock and mourning.

On receiving information about the incident, Deputy Chief Whip and Shahpur MLA Kewal Singh Pathania reached Civil Hospital, Shahpur, and met the bereaved families. He expressed his condolences and assured them of all possible assistance during the difficult time.

Pathania also spoke to the Chief Medical Officer, Dharamshala, over the phone regarding the post-mortem examinations. He further ensured arrangements for transporting the bodies to Dharamshala.

Vice-president of Nagar Panchayat Shahpur Rajeev Patial, councillor Abhishek Mathur, former councillor Shubham Thakur and several other local residents also visited the hospital and expressed their condolences to the families.

Pathania prayed for peace for the departed souls and strength for the bereaved families to cope with the loss.
