In a remarkable achievement, two brothers from Kullu district, Gaurav Sharma and Shubham Sharma, have been selected in the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA). Gaurav, displaying exceptional skills as a leg-spinner, secured a position as a scorer, while Shubham earned the opportunity to work as a coach.
Both Gaurav and Shubham have harboured a keen interest in cricket since their childhood and have actively participated in Kullu district cricket. Gaurav, the elder brother, has established himself as a proficient leg-spinner, showcasing his talent in multiple matches played under the Kullu District Cricket Association.
Shubham Sharma had previously been selected in the HPCA Cricket Academy, where he honed his cricketing skills. His dedication and hard work paid off as he earned a spot in the HPCA team, contributing significantly as the captain leading the Kullu team to a commendable performance, reaching the semi-finals.
