Shoolini University Partners with Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute for Global Research Collaboration

Shoolini University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, one of the world’s oldest government-funded pharmaceutical institutions, established in 1937 in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The collaboration marks a significant step in promoting international research and academic exchange in the pharmaceutical sciences.
The MoU was signed during the International Conference on Pharmaceutics and Life Sciences: Frontiers of Research and Education (ICPL-2024), where Dr. Deepak Kumar, Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Coordinator of iHUB Shoolini, represented Shoolini University. Dr. Kumar was invited to deliver a plenary lecture on the first day of the conference and a public lecture at the Pharmaceutical Technical University, Tashkent, on the second day.
In his lectures, Dr. Kumar highlighted the groundbreaking research being conducted in the lab on Himalayan plants and introduced the innovative initiatives of iHUB Shoolini and iHUB DivyaSampark, aimed at fostering innovation and research.
Dr. Kumar also expressed gratitude to Shoolini University’s Chancellor, Prof. P.K. Khosla, for his unwavering support and emphasised how this partnership aligns with the visionary goals of Vice Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla.
