Rs. 24 Crore for Twin Towers at Basal in Solan: Rajesh Dharmani

Urban Development and Housing Minister Rajesh Dharmani said that innovative approach was being adopted by the State Government to ensure sustainable and inclusive urban development. He informed that, as part of this effort, approval has been granted for the construction of two twin towers in the housing colony at Basal in Solan district, at a cost of Rs. 24.50 crore.
These twin towers will include 24 three-BHK flats, each equipped with parking facilities for the owners. He added that HIMUDA was working with full commitment to provide affordable and convenient housing facilities to the people in the state.
He said that officials have been directed to complete all major projects within the stipulated time.
