Red Cross to hold free medical camp at Jwalamukhi on Mar 4

Dharamshala, Mar 3 – District Red Cross Society, Kangra is going to organise one-day free integrated medical camp on March 4 at Geeta Bhawan, in Jwalamukhi town.
This camp, which is going to be organized in collaboration with the Kangra district administration, will be held on Saturday, March 4, from 10 am to 4 pm.
District Red Cross Society Secretary OP Sharma said besides blood donation camp, medical check-up camp by AYUSH department, the women’s disease check-up camp , disabled camp and an exhibition will also be held, distribution of aids and appliances and free medicines will also be distributed in this camp.
Apart from this, medical disability check-up camp will also be organized in collaboration with Chief Medical Officer, Kangra, for which eligible persons will be required to register on UDID website at Lok Mitra Kendra.
Free aids and appliances will be distributed to the registered physically challenged persons in this camp. Other awareness campaigns and exhibitions of various departments will also be organized in the camp for information to people.
He appealed to the people to take advantage of the facilities available in the camp by coming in large numbers.
