Physical Teacher Batch Wise Counseling from June 03 to 09

The counselling process for filling 14 vacant posts of Physical Teacher (Job Trainee) in Solan district on a batch-wise basis will be conducted from June 3 to 9, 2026. This information was given by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Solan.
He said that there are a total of 14 physical education teacher positions in Solan district. Of these, six are unreserved, two are for the economically weaker section, two are for the other backward class (unreserved), three are for the Scheduled Caste category (unreserved), and one is for the Scheduled Tribe category (unreserved).
He stated that candidates must submit their district preferences on the prescribed form in their home district. He added that preferences once submitted cannot be changed under any circumstances. He added that candidates must appear for counseling in their home district. Candidates must submit their preferences for all 12 districts in their home district. As per the High Court order, candidates who meet the prescribed criteria are eligible for recruitment in any of the 12 districts.
He said that for the post of physical teacher, a candidate must meet the eligibility criteria as per the Recruitment and Promotion Rules of January 10, 2011. He said that a copy of the Recruitment and Promotion Rules is available on the departmental website himachal.nic.in/dse .
The Deputy Director said that the list of names of candidates sent by the Employment Office for the posts of Physical Teacher in District Solan is available on the office website http://shadestech.wixsite.com/ddeesolan The counselling has been uploaded on the website. He said that candidates can participate in the counselling by checking their name and date on the said website.
He said that the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria or whose names were not sent by the employment exchange or were absent due to any other reason can participate in the counselling on June 09, 2026.
