NCS Portal Launched for Youth Employment

Shimla, Dec. 21 – A NCS ( National Career Service) portal has been launched by the Department of Labor and Employment, Government of India, informed  Regional Employment Officer Shimla Anil Kumar Chandel.

Through the portal, youth can find a job in any private sector based on their educational qualification from home by submitting their application on it. Employers too can conduct interviews through this portal based on their job requirements.

He informed that so far 18545 youth have been registered on this portal in the state, out of which 1821 unemployed have been registered in Shimla district. He informed that youth needs to get registered on the National Career Service Portal (www.ncs.gov.in) and this facility is being provided free of cost to all unemployed youth.
